This endearing sculpture called A Friend Indeed was cast in an edition of 6 in 1985.  That same year, the Loveland  Art in Public Places in Loveland, Colorado added one of the casts to their Benson Garden Sculpture collection.  In 1986, this sculpture was awarded the Silver Medal at the Texas Cowboy  Artists  Association in El Paso, Texas.
